I don't buy the argument, "you're a in an armored suit, why would you want to go prone?" Uh... Because I don't want to be easily shot by forge guns, sniper rifles, and all the other OHK options out there? Tanks are giant armored things, that doesn...

Don't forget, you don't *GET* points for hacking a key structure until after it succeeds. So if you stop a hack from getting to completion, the other guy doesn't get anything for it. ...Max

The other problem is that most items are affected by *multiple* skills. For instance, when you fire an assault rifle, you're taking advantage of levels in Assault Rifle, Weaponry, and four Light Weapon subskills. Which one(s) get the "passive" SP?...
